At Royal Oak, a 501C3 non-profit, we understand the overwhelming and often challenging nature of the college recruiting process. We acknowledge that it can be intimidating, distressing, and even unfair at times. However, for the past decade, we have been providing valuable assistance to numerous student athletes, as evidenced by our Alumni section. Our dedicated efforts have successfully guided these individuals through the recruiting journey, sparing parents from tears, heartache, and frustration.
Throughout every step of the process, we are fully committed to being by your side. From attending events, managing emails, selecting appropriate classes, meeting application deadlines, handling negotiations, to planning official visits—our involvement is comprehensive and unwavering.

Nick
Nick possesses an extensive comprehension of the college soccer landscape, encompassing admission procedures, financial aid, and optimal strategies for facilitating your child's college soccer recruiting and admission process. Nick is honored to serve as the College Advisor for Crossfire Premier, and continues to help recruits locally in Spokane. His extensive network, personal experience in college, knowledge of recruiting tactics, and background in financial aid collectively provide a comprehensive understanding of this intricate process. With this expertise, you will be equipped with the necessary tools to effectively negotiate with coaches, collaborate with admissions and financial aid department staff, and increase your chances of being recruited by your preferred school. Nick has helped players whose clubs currently compete in the ECNL, MLS Next, EA, GA, US Club Soccer and US Youth Soccer leagues. Unlike other companies that cover multiple sports, Nick's exclusive focus is on soccer, and he has helped 100's of players navigate the collegiate process, including schools within the Ivy League and Service Academy's. Nick's ultimate goal is to offer transparent guidance to ensure that you make the most suitable decision for your family, taking into account all relevant factors which could impact your college experience. We prioritize providing you with the personalized attention that you deserve throughout the entire process.
Chay
Chay possesses a remarkable talent for skillfully handling emotions, facilitating rational decision-making, and ensuring operational excellence. As a result, she and Nick complement each other's skill sets exceptionally well when working with clients, often taking on different aspects of the recruiting process. Over the past decade, she has worked closely alongside Nick, serving as a mentor, organizer, and catalyst for turning the dreams of our clients into reality. In fact, some clients even consider her to be the better half, a sentiment that we wholeheartedly understand and appreciate. Together, Chay and Nick form a formidable team dedicated to fulfilling the aspirations of the individuals we are privileged to serve.
